Today I’d like to post my good news.

A year ago, I got a request from a British publisher. The publisher is “My Business Client Publishing”, operated by “My Business Client Ltd (MBC)”, publishing “The Serious Collectors’ Guide” magazine.

MBC is a company based in Bordon, Hampshire, UK, and with decades of experience in print, internet, data and advertising services, they are delivering exceptional standards of design technology, project management and customer service.

The readers of “The Serious Collectors' Guide” magazine are collectors, related business owners, investors, financiers of the industry, along with connoisseurs and high-net worth individuals for collecting and investing. The magazine serves as the premier guide for their readers, and for this aiming, they are collecting experiences and knowledge from experts in their fields around the world.

My article published by “The Serious Collectors’ Guide” magazine is related to Modigliani’s “Self-Portrait”, and the title of the article is “The Self-Portrait of Amedeo Modigliani: One, Two or More… ?”.

Modigliani has officially two self-portraits to date. However, the main content of my article is about a portrait of Modigliani that highly likely to be his third self-portrait, based on years of research and study.

My new article “Lost Works of Amedeo Modigliani in Early Paris Period. Why?” was published in Quid Magazine

How are you?

My fourth article was published in “Quid Magazine”, an Italian online art magazine I am working as a visiting columnist and writer.

The topic of this article, as before, is about Amedeo Modigliani, and the title of the article is “Lost Works of Amedeo Modigliani in Early Paris Period. Why?"

After moving to Paris, France in 1906, Modigliani was very active in his career but his remaining paintings, especially during the years of 1906-1908, are very few.

Today, I am going to announce my good news.

My third article was published in “Quid Magazine,” an Italian online art magazine where I am active as a guest writer. 

Like the previous articles, this article was also written about Modigliani and the title is "Tragic Lover, Amedeo Modigliani and Jeanne Hébuterne." 

In this article, I wrote about a brief introduction of Amedeo Modigliani and Jeanne Hébuterne, their meeting, and their tragic but beautiful love. 

Some of the content introduced in this article was cited from my book, “Dedo, Modi, Modigliani”, which is an entry for Amazon Book Contest.

My new article for Modigliani was published in "UN1K" art magazine in Paris, France

How are you?

Last night I received a very meaningful and happy present from Paris, France.

The present is that my new article for Modigliani was published in the "UN1K." art magazine in Paris, France.

Introducing briefly, the “UN1K.” Magazine is an art magazine located in Paris, France, which publishes articles related to rare and valuable pieces by their inventiveness or their price on the art market, and acquisitions that are the pride of museums or collectors.

It is managed by Alexia Guggémos, a journalist, art critic, and author of "L’Histoire de l’art pour les nullissimes."

After I published my Modigliani’s article in “Art & Museums Magazine” in London, UK last December, I received a request for writing an article for Modigliani from Alexia Guggémos, president of “UN1K”, and then the article, which I prepared and submitted to the “UN1K.” magazine, was published last night.

Also, with this article’s publication, I was honored to report the news of the French art to South Korea or vice versa under the title of Korean Correspondent of “UN1K.”

The theme of Modigliani's article published in the “UN1K.” magazine is about the model's eyes in the portraits painted by Modigliani, which I always wanted to write.

Modigliani portrayed various types of eyes in his own unique style, and with this in mind, I wrote an article, for analyzing the various eye types of the models in the portraits by Modigliani, by time and situation.

The title of the article is “Modigliani, the Secret of Eyes in His Portraits” and is translated into French in “UN1K.”.

Today, January 24, 2020, is 100th anniversary day since Modigliani died, and therefore, this article is more meaningful to me.

A Worldwide Art Expert, Mr. Ty Murphy Became An Art Advisor of Modigliani Institute Korea (MIK)

How are you?

I have another good news from overseas.

In December last year, I published an article for Modigliani in “Art & Museum Magazine”, an art magazine in London, England.

Since then, Mr. Ty Murphy, a partner of Family Office Magazine and Art & Museum Magazine, and a worldwide art expert as Art Advisor and Specialist on Due Diligence in art transactions, was interested in my article and sent me a message that he wants to support the activities of Modigliani Institute Korea (MIK).

Then, after some discussions, Mr. Ty Murphy started his activities as an art advisor at Modigliani Institute Korea.

In return, Mr. Murphy sent the following greeting message.

"I am delighted to be able to assist Modigliani Institute Korea and Modigliani is one of my favourite artists"

In addition, Advisor Murphy's partner, Art & Museum Magazine, promised to promote this news twice every year in the magazine to celebrate it.

Advisor Murphy's roles at Modigliani Institute Korea are to promote Modigliani Institute Korea, support the 100th anniversary of Modigliani’s death in 2020, and conduct due diligence on the Transactions of Modigliani’s works.

I am so glad that the results I have been working for my beloved painter Modigliani with my passion and effort for a long time have been made one by one.

I will keep doing my best to make Modigliani Institute Korea the best research organization for Modigliani in the world with advisor Ty Murphy.,

Merry Christmas

I write this posting because I received happy news from London, England.

Early this year, I wrote an article for Modigliani and applied for publication to “Art & Museums Magazine”, an art magazine published in London, England.

Then after a long process, my article has been finally published in the 2019 winter edition.

Art & Museums Magazine is a quarterly publication dedicated entirely too international fine art collectors, investors, philanthropists and art professionals. The magazine covers news and information about the World of fine art, including collecting, investing in art, exhibitions, events, auctions, fine art law, forensics and much more.

The title of my article for the magazine is "Modigliani and His Muses."

Modigliani met many women during his life. Among them I wrote about some women, who were most influential to Modigliani, including Anna Akhmatova, Beatrice Hastings, Simone Thiroux, Jeanne Hebuterne, Nina Hamnett and Anna Zborowska.

As my article has been published in “Art & Museums Magazine,” I became a “guest writer” for this magazine.

Following an Italian art magazine "Quid Magazine", it is a great honor to publish my article in England.
